RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If this is not the case, please contact us to discuss prior to returning any items. Get in touch by e-mail info@murielwebsterjewellery.co.uk and we will be happy to help. Please provide us with your full name, address, order details and reason for return. You have 30 calendar days to return your item from the date you received it. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Your item also needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we have received and inspected your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The timeframe for this refund to reach your account is dependent on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We suggest you use a tracked and insured service for your return as any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit will not be credited.

PIERCED JEWELLERY
For hygiene reasons, pierced items are non-refundable unless they are faulty. 
BESPOKE & PERSONALISED JEWELLERY
Bespoke and personalised items are non-refundable/non-exchangeable as they are made to order to your personal specifications.
RETURN OF FAULTY ITEMS
Our jewellery is handmade to the highest standard but in the unlikely event that you receive any faulty items a refund or exchange will be provided within 30 days of purchase.
Please be aware that some pieces of Muriel Webster Jewellery are delicate so care should be taken when wearing these to avoid damage.
