Most of our jewellery is handmade to order in our Glasgow studio so please allow 14-21 days for pieces to be made, hallmarked and dispatched.

 

We have a small amount of ready to ship items in stock. These are usually posted 2-4 business days after your order is placed. Please get in touch if you have a last-minute enquiry. We will do our best to help whenever possible.

The lead time for bespoke jewellery varies depending on the details of each job. Information will be provided during consultation.

 

All orders are posted using Royal Mail.

Jewellery under the value of £100 will be sent using

Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature.

Jewellery over the value of £100 will be sent using

Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Books will be sent

Second Class Large Letter.

 

Please ensure you have provided the correct delivery address as no refunds can be issued for items posted to the wrong address.
